We currently ship across India

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro & remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

• Damaged product
• Incorrect product delivered

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

along with unboxing photos or videos.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
